To-die-for moist cake made in many Latin American countries. You have to make it to believe it.

minus the cherries and add some dulce de leche to the whipped cream and top with mandarin oranges, strawberries , pineapple pieces and a drizzle of caramel syrup and it is so yum! I made it for my wedding
