Pork Tenderloin with Bacon and Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin 200 g bacon chopped 100 ml milk 200 ml cream 1 tablespoon French mustard 150 g blue cheese crumbled 1 tablespoon butter Salt and pepper to taste Instructions In a saucepan heat the butter over medium heat. Add the pork tenderloin and cook for about 30 minutes on each side (until pork is no more pink). Add the chopped bacon and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove the pork and bacon and wrap with foil.
